Post Meeting Note:
The quality-meeting chairman thanked the meeting members for their supportive participation and stated a quality audit will be conducted to ensure that the Project Quality Management System was fully implemented and effective. The meeting chairman instructed all members of the meeting to make them selves available for the audit and not to go on vacation, or have urgent inspections on site. The meeting chairman stated that no further sick notes will be accepted for these QC inspectors that have previously submitted sick notes for reoccurring industrial depression.
