If you feel you require a refund (e.g. you wish to cancel your order if the order was made by mistake, etc) you may request the refund by contacting us. We review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to decline any refund for any reason allowed by law (e.g. you have already downloaded the software).
If a refund is approved, it will be actioned through the payment gateway WorldPay (for Credit Cards). Your refund will be credited to your account or to the card you made payment with.
For refunds made through WorldPay (if you paid by credit/debit card), you will receive a full refund minus the gateway processing costs. These costs are currently 4.5% + £0.06 for credit cards and £0.56 for debit cards (subject to change).
Under almost any circumstances, we will not provide a refund after 30 days have passed from the order date.
