Project Manager shall conduct a Kick-off meeting with the Customer. The following shall be discussed and agreed during the Kick-off meeting:-

  • Communication Protocols
  • Non-Conformance management
  • Project Organization charts
  • Designated Points of Contact
  • Project Schedules
  • Quality Assurance requirements
  • Project Progress Reporting
  • HSE Requirements
  • Change Management
